Joseph Imbriano has spent over two decades helping people adapt, innovate, and succeed through change. Whether leading large-scale transformations or fostering cultural shifts, he empowers teams to embrace change and deliver results.


His career began in 2004, tackling operational challenges for European companies expanding into China. Since then, he has worked across Asia, Southern Africa, Latin America, Europe, and the U.S., guiding organizations through strategic shifts, business transformations, and change initiatives.


Joseph combines strategic insight with hands-on experience, allowing him to navigate both big-picture goals and the practical realities of organizational change.


His work in public service has also shaped his leadership approach. He has played a key role in U.S. infrastructure policy, securing critical systems like power grids, water supplies, and transportation. He also led disaster recovery efforts for Hurricane Harvey, managing a team of 94 responders to support affected communities.


These experiences give Joseph a deep understanding of high-stakes transformations. He helps leaders balance competing priorities, engage their teams, and drive lasting impact.


Joseph holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Master’s in Conflict Resolution.
